This ancient technique of 5 exercises, called rites, comes from Tibetan monks from the monastery. It has amazing effects on your body, mind, spirit and soul. Regular exercise leads to a balance of physical and mental strength. Especially improves elasticity of the body, deepens breathing, removes back and joint pains, helps from stress, improves circulation functions and normalizes the activity of endocrine glands.
The exercise also harmonize the chakras. In the body we have seven major energy centers called chakras. Every chakra is related to some gland with internal secretion and directly affects the production of these hormones. First, basic chakra is connect to genital glands, second with adrenal glands, third, so called solar plexus, with pancreas, fourth, heart chakra is connected with heart, fifth with thymus, sixth chakra, so-called third eye, binds to pituitary and seventh crown chakra is connected with an pineal gland. If something is wrong, chakras spin more slowly and at a different pace. By practicing of 5 Tibetans you are harmonizing the flow of these chakras.
The best way to do this exercise is to repeat this exercise daily at the same time, in the same place, and make it a ritual. However, if this is not possible, the exercise can be adjusted as possible. Please repeat it 3 ×, 21 × every. Exercise slow and focused, the exercises are not on speed but on stamina. It is important to balance your breath with exercise. When you start the exercise, you inhale, when you return to your basic position, you can start exhaling.
